Welcome to Kaveramma ("Platform", "Website", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your", or "Player") and KAVERAMMA COFFEE CURING WORKS PRIVATE LIMITED (Corporate Identity Number: U10792KA2024PTC186508), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at C/O S K MOHAN, MEKOOR, SIDDAPURA, Pollibetta, Virajpet, Kodagu-571215, Karnataka, India.

This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Kaveramma fantasy cricket platform, including all content, features, functionality, and services offered on or through the website available at https://skilldraftsapp.com and any related mobile applications, APIs, or other digital properties (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, registering, accessing, browsing, or using any part of our Platform, you expressly acknowledge and confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety
• You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy, Fair Play Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference
• You meet all eligibility requirements specified in Section 2 below
• You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

Due to applicable state laws, regulations, and legal compliance requirements, residents of the following six Indian states are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or participating on this Platform:

• Assam
• Nagaland
• Odisha
• Sikkim
• Telangana

By registering and using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not a permanent or temporary resident of any Restricted State
• You are not physically located in any Restricted State while accessing the Platform
• You will immediately cease use if you relocate to any Restricted State
• All location information you provide is accurate and will be promptly updated if changed

Important: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information regarding your location, residency, or state of domicile constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may violate applicable laws. Such violations will result in immediate account termination, permanent ban from the Platform, and potential legal action. We employ technical measures including IP address verification and may request proof of residence at any time.

3.3 Account Registration Process

To access the full features of the Platform, you must create a user account by completing the registration process. During registration, you must provide the following information:

• Full Legal Name: Your complete name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Email Address: A valid, active email address that you have access to
• Password: A secure password meeting our minimum security requirements (minimum 8 characters)
• Date of Birth: Your complete date of birth for age verification purposes
• State of Residence: The Indian state where you currently reside

You represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration and at all times thereafter is accurate, current, complete, and truthful. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.

3.4 Account Security and Confidentiality

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials (email address and password) and for all activities, actions, and transactions that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service
• Keep your password strictly confidential and never share it with any third party
• Never allow any other person to access your account or use your credentials
• Immediately notify us at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access, use, or security breach
• Log out from your account at the end of each session, especially when using shared or public devices

We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or consequences arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized use of your account, whether with or without your knowledge. You will be held responsible for all activities conducted through your account until you notify us of a security breach and we have had reasonable time to act on that notification.

3.5 One Account Per Person Policy

Each individual person is permitted to create and maintain only ONE (1) account on the Platform. This restriction is absolute and applies regardless of the reason or justification.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts for yourself using different email addresses or personal information
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person
• Allowing any other person to use your account for any purpose
• Transferring, selling, gifting, or otherwise providing account access to another individual
• Creating accounts on behalf of other individuals
• Using accounts belonging to other individuals

Violation of the one-account policy will result in immediate and permanent suspension of all associated accounts, removal from all leaderboards, forfeiture of all points and rankings, and a permanent ban from creating new accounts. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify multiple accounts and account sharing.

3.6 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service, deny account creation, or reject registration to any individual for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to:

• Previous violations of these Terms or our policies
• Suspected fraudulent activity or false information
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements
• Technical limitations or capacity constraints
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Behavior deemed harmful to the Platform or other users

4.1 Educational and Entertainment Purpose

Kaveramma is a 100% FREE-TO-PLAY fantasy cricket platform designed exclusively for educational, skill development, and entertainment purposes. The primary objectives of the Platform are to:

• Help users learn and understand cricket strategy, tactics, and player analysis
• Develop skills in team composition, budget management, and strategic decision-making
• Provide a safe, risk-free environment to practice fantasy sports concepts
• Foster appreciation for cricket statistics, performance metrics, and match dynamics
• Create an engaging community of cricket enthusiasts who share knowledge and insights
• Enhance critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and predictive skills

The Platform is designed to be a learning tool and recreational activity, not a source of income, profit, or financial gain of any kind.

4.2 Absolute Prohibition of Real Money Transactions

THIS PLATFORM DOES NOT INVOLVE, PERMIT, OR FACILITATE ANY REAL MONEY TRANSACTIONS OF ANY KIND. Specifically:

• No Entry Fees: There are no fees, charges, or payments required to join contests, create teams, or participate in any Platform activity

Kaveramma is a game of skill, not a game of chance. Success on this Platform is determined primarily by:

4.5 Platform Funding and Business Model

Kaveramma is funded by private investors who believe in the educational and social value of fantasy sports. Our business model is not based on user payments, monetization, or revenue generation from users. We are committed to keeping the Platform 100% free for all users, forever.

The Platform is operated by KAVERAMMA COFFEE CURING WORKS PRIVATE LIMITED, a legally registered company under the Companies Act, 2013, with full transparency regarding ownership, funding, and operations.

As a user of the Platform, you agree to use the Service in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms at all times.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You expressly agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Technical Violations:

• Using bots, scripts, automated tools, crawlers, scrapers, or any form of automation to access, interact with, or extract data from the Platform
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from any part of the Platform
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, trojans, worms, ransomware, or any malicious code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or our servers
• Interfering with, disrupting, or placing unreasonable load on the Platform's infrastructure
• Bypassing, circumventing, or attempting to disable any security features, access controls, or usage limitations
• Using any technology or method to access content or data not intended for public access

Fair Play Violations:

• Cheating, colluding with other users, or attempting to gain unfair advantages through any means
• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts belonging to other users
• Sharing account credentials, allowing others to use your account, or accessing others' accounts
• Copying, replicating, or substantially mimicking other users' teams without independent analysis
• Manipulating, exploiting, or abusing any Platform feature, bug, or vulnerability
• Coordinating with other users to manipulate leaderboards or contest outcomes
• Using insider information, leaked team lineups, or non-public data to gain unfair advantages

Content and Communication Violations:

• Harassing, threatening, bullying, intimidating, or abusing other users through any communication channel
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing offensive, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Impersonating any person, entity, or Platform representative
• Spreading false information, misinformation, or defamatory statements about the Platform or other users
• Spamming, sending unsolicited messages, or engaging in any form of commercial solicitation

Legal and Regulatory Violations:

• Providing false, misleading, fraudulent, or inaccurate information during registration or use
• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
• Infringing upon intellectual property rights of Kaveramma, other users, or any third party
• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or to facilitate illegal activities
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted State or while located in a Restricted State
• Creating an account if you are under 18 years of age or providing false age information

Commercial and Unauthorized Use:

• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
• Selling, renting, leasing, or monetizing your account or any Platform content
• Advertising, promoting, or marketing any products, services, or third-party platforms
• Collecting user information for commercial purposes or building competing services
• Framing, mirroring, or embedding any part of the Platform on external websites

5.2 Consequences of Violations

Violation of any prohibited activity or any provision of these Terms may result in one or more of the following consequences, at our sole discretion:

• Warning: Formal written warning with requirement to cease the violating behavior
• Temporary Suspension: Account suspension for a specified period (7-90 days)
• Permanent Ban: Immediate and permanent termination of your account with no possibility of reinstatement
• Leaderboard Removal: Removal of all points, rankings, and leaderboard positions
• Legal Action: Pursuit of civil or criminal legal remedies, including claims for damages
• Law Enforcement Referral: Reporting of illegal activities to appropriate authorities

We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate to protect the Platform, our users, and our legal rights. Decisions regarding violations and consequences are made at our sole discretion and are final.

5.3 User Responsibilities

In addition to avoiding prohibited activities, you agree to:

• Use the Platform in a manner consistent with its educational and entertainment purpose
• Treat other users with respect, courtesy, and sportsmanship
• Report any violations of these Terms or suspicious activity to us immediately
• Keep your account information accurate and up-to-date at all times
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Kaveramma and third parties
• Use your own skill, knowledge, and judgment when creating teams and making decisions

6.1 Platform Ownership and Protection

All content, features, functionality, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, text, images, software, code, algorithms, user interfaces, visual interfaces, audio, video, and all other materials and intellectual property on the Platform ("Platform Content") are the exclusive property of Kaveramma, KAVERAMMA COFFEE CURING WORKS PRIVATE LIMITED, or our licensors.

Platform Content is protected by Indian and international copyright laws, trademark laws, patent laws, trade secret laws, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Kaveramma.

The Kaveramma name, logo, branding, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of KAVERAMMA COFFEE CURING WORKS PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, and marks are the trademarks of their respective owners.

6.2 Limited License to Users

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

This limited license does NOT include any right to:

• Resell, redistribute, or make any commercial use of the Platform or Platform Content
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Platform
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform Content except as expressly permitted
• Download or copy account information, user data, or cricket data for any purpose
• Use data mining, robots, scrapers, or similar data gathering or extraction tools
• Frame, mirror, or embed the Platform or any content on external websites
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology

Any use of the Platform not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.3 User-Generated Content and License Grant

By creating fantasy teams, participating in contests, or submitting any content, data, or information to the Platform ("User Content"), you grant Kaveramma and KAVERAMMA COFFEE CURING WORKS PRIVATE LIMITED a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display such User Content in any media or format, whether now known or hereafter developed.

This license includes the right to use User Content for the purposes of:

• Operating, maintaining, and improving the Platform
• Displaying leaderboards, rankings, and user statistics
• Promoting and marketing the Platform
• Analyzing user behavior and platform performance
• Developing new features and services

You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license for all User Content you submit; (b) your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; and (c) you have obtained all necessary permissions and consents.

6.4 Third-Party Content and Cricket Data

The Platform may display cricket match data, player statistics, team information, and other cricket-related content sourced from third-party data providers. This third-party content is the property of its respective owners and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We do not claim ownership of third-party cricket data. Your use of such data through the Platform is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective data providers. You may not extract, scrape, or use cricket data for any purpose outside of normal Platform use.

6.5 Copyright Infringement Claims

7.1 "As Is" and "As Available" Basis

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

We do not warrant or guarantee that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the Platform will meet your expectations
• Any errors or defects in the Platform will be corrected
• The Platform will be compatible with all devices, browsers, or operating systems
• The Platform will be available at all times or at any specific time

7.2 Cricket Data Accuracy and Reliability

While we strive to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date cricket match information, player statistics, scores, and other cricket-related data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or availability of any such data.

7.3 Platform Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason. This includes but is not limited to:

• Adding, removing, or modifying features and functionality
• Changing scoring rules, point systems, or contest formats
• Temporarily suspending the Platform for maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• Permanently discontinuing the Platform or specific services
• Restricting access to certain features or users

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform.

7.4 Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Kaveramma. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such third-party content, goods, or services.

7.5 User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You use the Platform entirely at your own risk and discretion
• You are solely responsible for all decisions made based on information provided on the Platform
• Kaveramma is not responsible for the outcome of any contests, matches, or fantasy team performance
• You will not hold Kaveramma liable for any disappointment, frustration, or dissatisfaction with Platform features or results
• Fantasy sports involve elements of unpredictability and that outcomes cannot be guaranteed

8.1 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SKILL DRAFT, KAVERAMMA COFFEE CURING WORKS PRIVATE LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SKILL DRAFT PARTIES") BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT OR ACCOUNT
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT OR DATA
• PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF THE PLATFORM

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE SKILL DRAFT PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE LIABILITY OF THE SKILL DRAFT PARTIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE SKILL DRAFT PARTIES TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ZERO RUPEES (₹0), REFLECTING THE FREE NATURE OF THE PLATFORM.

8.2 Indemnification by User

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Kaveramma Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Platform
• Your violation of any provision of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, privacy right, or proprietary right
• Your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation
• Any User Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party
• Your negligent or willful misconduct

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the Platform.

8.3 Release of Claims

If you have a dispute with one or more users of the Platform, you release the Kaveramma Parties from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

9.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account and discontinue use of the Platform at any time for any reason by:

• Contacting us at [email protected] with a termination request
• Providing your account email address and confirming your identity
• Requesting deletion of your account and personal data

Upon receipt of your termination request, we will:

• Immediately revoke your access to the Platform
• Delete your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Remove your account from active use within 30 days
• Retain certain anonymized data for statistical and legal purposes as permitted by law

Please note that termination is permanent and irreversible. You will not be able to recover your account, teams, points, or rankings after termination.

9.2 Termination and Suspension by Kaveramma

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, warning, or liability, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any of our policies
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Section 5
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts
• Behavior deemed harmful, disruptive, or detrimental to the Platform or other users
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements (age, location)
• Extended period of inactivity
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Technical or security reasons
• Discontinuation of the Platform or specific services

Suspension may be temporary (for a specified period) or permanent (indefinite ban). During suspension, you will not be able to access your account or participate in any Platform activities.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination or suspension of your account by either party:

• All rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease
• You must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform
• You will lose access to your account, teams, points, rankings, and all associated data
• You will not be entitled to any refund, compensation, or reimbursement (as the Platform is free)
• We may delete or retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to: intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, and dispute resolution provisions.

9.4 Appeals and Reinstatement

If your account is suspended or terminated, you may appeal the decision by contacting us at [email protected] with:

• Your account email address
• Explanation of the circumstances
• Evidence supporting your appeal
• Commitment to comply with these Terms going forward

We will review your appeal and make a decision at our sole discretion. Our decision is final and not subject to further appeal. We are under no obligation to reinstate suspended or terminated accounts.

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles or provisions.

Your use of the Platform may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws and regulations applicable to your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in your location.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, controversy, difference, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any aspect of our relationship ("Dispute"), the parties agree to follow this dispute resolution process:

Step 1: Informal Negotiation

Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the Dispute informally through good faith negotiations. Provide a detailed description of the Dispute, your desired resolution, and any supporting documentation.

We will respond within 15 business days and work with you in good faith to reach a mutually acceptable resolution. Both parties agree to engage in this informal negotiation process for at least 30 days before pursuing other remedies.

Step 2: Mediation (Optional)

If the Dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days, either party may propose mediation by a neutral third-party mediator. Both parties must agree to participate in mediation. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties.

Step 3: Legal Proceedings

If the Dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation, either party may pursue legal remedies in accordance with Section 10.3 below.

10.3 Jurisdiction and Venue

You irrevocably and unconditionally:

• Submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kodagu, Karnataka, India for the resolution of any Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform
• Agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in such courts
• Waive any objection to venue in such courts
• Waive any claim that such courts are an inconvenient forum

10.4 Limitation on Time to File Claims

Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.

10.5 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any Dispute will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Kaveramma.

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Fair Play Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"), constitute the entire agreement between you and Kaveramma regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent. If such modification is not possible, the invalid provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver

Our failure or delay in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall not operate as a waiver thereof. No single or partial exercise of any right, power, or privilege shall preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power, or privilege.

Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Kaveramma. No waiver of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any prior, concurrent, or subsequent breach.

11.4 Assignment and Transfer

You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or sublicense these Terms or any of your rights or obligations hereunder, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment, transfer, or delegation without such consent shall be null and void.

We may freely assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations hereunder without restriction, including to any affiliate, successor, or purchaser of our business or assets. These Terms shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

11.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

11.6 Relationship of Parties

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and Kaveramma. You have no authority to bind Kaveramma or make any commitments on our behalf.

11.7 Notices

All notices, requests, demands, and other communications required or permitted under these Terms shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when:

• Sent by email to the email address provided during registration (for notices to you) or to [email protected] (for notices to us)
• Posted prominently on the Platform

You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including via email and Platform notifications. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

11.8 Language

These Terms are written in English. Any translations provided are for convenience only. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

11.9 Headings

The headings and section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. They shall not be used to interpret or construe any provision of these Terms.
